3. Orders & Pricing

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, no cancellation or modification will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of NIBR HCA.

4. Payment

• All deliveries shall be carried out by authorized logistics partners of NIBR HCA.
• Our logistics partners provide insured delivery services, ensuring that the Products are protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the point of delivery.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. NIBR HCA shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

6. Purity, Certification & Warranty

• All gold and silver coins/bars sold are assured for their purity and authenticity.
• Each Product is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by NIBR HCA.
• Except as expressly stated, NIBR HCA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Returns & Buyback

• Products once sold cannot be returned.
• NIBR HCA may, at its sole discretion, provide a buyback option subject to prevailing policies, market rates, and verification of authenticity.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, product images, and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of NIBR HCA. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
